We’d like to take the opportunity to tell you more about who we are and what we do.

We recently started Platipi on April 1st, but we’ve actually been working together for over a year now on different projects.

We were asked from time-to-time to work on websites or web applications. Sometimes we’d do it solo, sometimes we’d work together. It soon seemed that collectively we amassed a very solid skill in back-end development using Ruby on Rails or PHP, interface design using JavaScript, Ajax and web standards, social network integration and in developing mobile or commercial applications.

We decided to take this to an even more professional level and start Platipi.

Platipi will focus on developing professional websites and applications for (and together with) businesses, but also on profitable web applications of our own (more about this in a future post).

We are very excited and we’ll continuously aim to improve and to deliver our customers with the highest level of geek-excellence and satisfaction possible.
